Adding Product Reviews
Product reviews are a great way to build trust with your customers and provide social proof for your products. This guide will show you how to add and manage reviews for your products.
Accessing the Review Section
- Navigate to the Products section in your dashboard
- Select the product you want to add a review for
- Click on the "Reviews" tab in the product details page
Adding a New Review
Step 1: Select Customer
- If the review is from an existing customer, select their name from the dropdown menu
- If the customer is new, you can add them directly from the review form
Step 2: Rate the Product
- Use the star rating system (1-5 stars)
- Click on the stars to set the rating
- 5 stars represents the highest rating
Step 3: Write the Review
- Add a detailed review in the description field
- Include specific details about the product experience
- Mention any pros and cons
- Keep the review professional and constructive
Step 4: Add Images (Optional)
- Click the "Upload Image" button to add product photos
- You can upload multiple images
- Supported formats: JPG or PNG
- Maximum file size: 5MB per image
Step 5: Submit the Review
- Review all the information
- Click "Submit Review" to save
- The review will be visible on the product page directly
